등록금반환
이미 납부한 금액은 반환하지 아니함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 경우에는 그 구분에 따라 이를 반환합니다.
반환금은 반환사유 발생일에 따라 다음과 같이 반환합니다.

Tuition fees that have already been paid shall not be refunded as a general rule. However, refunds will be made in the following cases:
Refunds shall be made as follows, depending on when the reason for the refund occurs.

Về nguyên tắc, số tiền đã nộp sẽ không được hoàn trả. Tuy nhiên, học phí sẽ được hoàn trả trong các trường hợp sau:
Số tiền hoàn trả được tính dựa trên thời điểm phát sinh lý do hoàn trả như sau:

Odatda, to'langan kontrakt puli qaytarilmaydi. Biroq, quyidagi hollarda to'lov qaytariladi:

Article 43 (Handling of Tuition Payments)
① Tuition fees that have already been paid shall not be refunded. However, in the following cases, the amount shall be refunded according to the relevant provision. (Revised Nov. 14, 2016)
In the case of overpayment, the full amount of the overpaid sum
Where a student is unable to continue studies due to legal provisions, personal illness, death, or natural disaster
Where a student is unable to continue studies due to other unavoidable circumstances
② Refunds under Paragraph 1 shall be made as follows, depending on when the reason for refund occurs. (Revised Nov. 14, 2016)
