A. For the interview, please check your application number before the interview. There is a procedure to verifying the application number to check your identity. The interviews are conducted via Zoom, and please set your Zoom ID as your real name.
A. Interviews are conducting through Zoom. When sending the admission ticket, the interview time and Zoom link will be provided. Depending on the interview situation, there may be a delay of 5-10 minutes or longer. If the waiting time becomes longer even after your interview time has passed, please wait in the Zoom waiting room.
Students without valid language score must take the Calvin University’s Korean or English exam. The exam will be sent via an online link. However, the language test-related matters can be changed according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Education.

2. The home contract signed by you. If the home contract is not under your name, please prepare the following documents.
1) Confirmation of residency

10. Certificate of bank balance (above USD 20,000)

The following documents are issued by the office of International Education Institute.

A. After the start of classes, tuition will be refunded according to school regulations.
1. Before the start of the semester: Full tuition refund
2. Within 1 month after the start of the semester: 5/6 refund of tuition
3. Within 2 months from the date 1 month has passed since the start of the semester: 4/6 of tuition refund
4. Within 3 months from the date 2 months after the start of the semester: 3/6 of tuition refund
5. After 3 months from the beginning of the semester: No refund
* Overseas applicants: Cancellation of registration due to non-approval of visa will be refunded in full. However, the overseas remittance fee is borne by the student himself/herself.
* Domestic applicants: In case of visa disapproval due to reasons attributable to the applicant (lack of proof of balance, overseas remittance problems, etc.), the refund will be made after reduction of exemption according to school regulations.
* If both overseas and domestic applicants give up admission or drop out of school before the visa result is released or after the visa has been approved, the refund will be reduced and exempted according to the school regulations.

유효한 성적이 없는 학생들은 칼빈대학교 자체 한국어 시험 또는 영어 시험을 응시하셔야 합니다. 자체시험은 온라인 링크로 보내드립니다. 단, 자체 언어시험 관련 사항은 교육부 지침에 따라 변경 가능합니다.

개강 이후 2개월이 지난 날짜부터 3개월 이내: 등록금의 3/6 반환
개강 이후 3개월이 지난 후: 반환하지 아니함
* 해외지원자: 비자 불허로 인한 등록 취소는 전액 환불 됩니다. 단, 해외 송금 수수료는 학생 본인이 부담합니다.
* 국내지원자: 본인 귀책사유 (잔액증명 부족, 해외송금 문제 등)로 인한 비자 불허의 경우, 학칙에 따라 감면 후 반환 됩니다.
