• 학부: 월, 화요일
• 대학원: 월요일 (상황에 따라 화요일에 수업이 진행될 수도 있음)

• 수강신청은 학사일정에 따라서 국제교육원 교무지원처에서 일괄적으로 진행됩니다.
• 학부 학생은 한 학기에 15학점 이상 수강신청해야 하며, 최대 21학점까지 신청할 수 있습니다. 4학년 학생은 학기당 최소 6학점 이상은 수강신청해야 합니다.
• 대학원생은 최대 3과목 (9학점)까지 수강신청할 수 있습니다.

• 성적평가: 성적은 학생들의 수업참여도와 학업성취도를 종합 평가하는 것으로 각 수업 담당 교수님이 시험 성적, 출석, 과제물 등으로 성적등급을 부여합니다.

• 한 학기는 보통 15주의 수업으로 이루어집니다. 수업일수의 1/3 이상 결석하는 경우에는 F학점이 부여됩니다.
• 두번의 지각이나 조퇴는 한번의 결석으로 간주됩니다.
• 부득이한 사정으로 결석을 해야하는 경우, “공결승인신청서”를 작성하여 사전, 사후 7일 이내에 증빙서류와 함께 제출하여 교무과장의 승인을 받아 교수님에게 제출하면 출석으로 인정합니다.
• 매학기 평량평균(GPA)이 1.5 이하의 학생에게는 학사경고가 주어집니다. 3회 연속으로 학사경고를 받거나, 재학 중 통산하여 5회 받은 자는 제적처리됩니다.
• 학점 관리에 최선을 다해주시기 바랍니다. 불성실함으로 성적이 좋지 않을 경우 비자 연장과 파트타임 일을 하는데 큰 제약이 따르게 됩니다.

학부:

• 졸업을 위해서는 교양 30학점을 포함해서 총 120학점의 수업을 이수해야 합니다.
• 졸업을 위해서 최소 8학기 이상 등록해야 합니다.
• 필수과목에서 F학점을 받을 경우 반드시 재수강하여야 합니다. 다만, 교과과정의 변경 등으로 재수가 대상 교과목이 폐지되거나 또는 강의시간이 중복되어 동일 교과목을 수강할 수 없을 경우 교무지원처에서 지정하는 유사과목을 수강할 수 있습니다.

• 졸업을 위한 어학 능력 조건
  한국어 트랙에서 공부하는 모든 학부, 대학원 학생은 졸업을 위해서 반드시 졸업전까지 토픽 4급 이상의 한국어 능력 시험 결과를 국제교육원 교무지원처에 제출해야 합니다. 어학 능력은 파트타임 일을 하는 데에도 필요합니다. (영어 트랙 학생들은 졸업을 위한 어학 자격 조건이 없습니다)

• 장학금은 학생의 이전 학기 성적(GPA), 출석률, 토픽 성적에 따라서 차등 지급됩니다.
• F를 받은 과목이 있을 경우나, 이전 학기 등록금이 미납된 상태로 있을 경우, 장학금이 지급될 수 없습니다.

• 해외에 거주하고 있는 휴학생이 복학을 위해 학생 비자를 신청하기 위해서는 학교로부터 복학을 위한 표준입학허가서를 다시 발급받아서 영사관이나 대사관에서 비자를 신청할 수 있습니다.

• Undergraduate programs: Mondays & Tuesdays
• Graduate programs: Mondays

• Course registration is made at the Academic Affairs Office during the scheduled period of each semester.
• Undergraduate students need to take at least 15 credits for a semester and a maximum of 21 credits. Fourth graders (seniors) must take at least 6 credits per semester.
• Graduate students take a maximum of 3 courses (9 credits) per semester.

• Evaluation: Grades are calculated based on the scores of attendance, participation, assignments, and mid-term, and final exams.

• Each semester consists of 15 weeks of classes. Students will receive an “F” grade if they miss more than 1/3 of the classes.
• Two counts of tardiness and early leave are considered as one absence.
• If a student is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be recognized as attendance by submitting the “Absence Approval Application” with supporting documents within 7 days prior or after the event.
• Academic warning is given to the students whose GPA is 1.5 or lower each semester. Those who receive 3 consecutive academic warnings or 5 times in total while enrolled will be expelled.
• Please do your best to manage your grades. You may be restricted from extending your visa if your GPA standard is not met due to insincerity.

Undergraduate:

• For graduation, a total of 120 credits or more, including 30 credits in liberal arts courses must be completed.
• Students must register for at least 8 semesters.
• If a student receives an “F” for a required course, s/he must retake it to graduate. However, if the same course is not offered due to the curriculum change, or if the same course cannot be taken due to conflict of the class schedule, similar courses designated by the International Education Institute must be taken.

• Language Requirement for Graduation
  For graduation, students in Korean language track must obtain TOPIK level 4 before graduation. Graduation is not possible if score report is not submitted to the International Education Institute before the graduation semester. Language proficiency is also required for part-time work. (Students in English track do not have language requirements for graduation)

• Scholarship decision is made based on the student's grade in the previous semester (GPA), attendance, and TOPIK level.
• If you have an F grade even in one course or have not paid the entire tuition fee for the previous semester, you cannot receive scholarship.

• To apply for a student visa (D-2) to return to school, students residing abroad must obtain their Certificate of Admission again from the school and visit the local Korean embassy to apply for a visa.
